The Apolonio wool rug Series, pays homage to the eldest artisan of Momostenango wool rugs, by reinterpreting the honouring the traditional crafting methods in contemporary designs in geometric, abstract and organic shapes and patterns, inspired by the landscape and calmness of the mountain’s range ethereal light creates which creates a magical environment in the highlands where these pieces are crafted.
